How delivery works
Gift-card codes are sent to the email supplied at checkout. A mobile top-up may be applied directly to the selected service instead of arriving as a code. Check the email and product details carefully before requesting payment instructions.
Gift-card timing and other fulfillment
The Giftlano gift-card code commitment is email delivery within two minutes after payment confirmation. The window starts after confirmation, not when the transaction is sent. Mobile top-ups, game keys, memberships and other digital products can use different processing and delivery methods. If the stated fulfillment remains pending, keep the payment details and open a support ticket.
