This page explains which details stay on your device and which details Giftlano sends when you request payment information or support.
Data kept on this device
The cart, selected product market and display-currency preference may be stored in browser storage so the shopping flow can continue on the same device. First name, last name and email are not written to browser storage or placed in the page URL by checkout.
Data sent when you request payment details
The browser sends the first name, last name, email, selected cart lines, product markets, values, quantities, chosen crypto method and display currency to the same-site checkout endpoint. This is needed to create and associate an order instruction.
Data sent with a support ticket
The ticket form sends the customer email, optional order reference, selected subject and message to the same-site support endpoint. The form does not place this information in the URL or browser storage.
Payment session data
Order-access credentials remain in memory for the open page. They are not shown in the interface or written to browser storage. Closing or reloading the page can end access to that in-memory payment session.
Catalogue and images
Giftlano serves product data and images as part of the storefront. Brand names and images remain the property of their respective owners.
