Does the gamer need crypto to redeem the code?
No. The buyer uses crypto to pay Giftlano. The recipient redeems the delivered code through the normal Steam, PlayStation or Xbox account flow and does not need a crypto wallet for that redemption step.
Which account region must match a gaming gift card?
Match the card to the account that will redeem it. A Steam Wallet Code must match the Steam Wallet currency; a PlayStation voucher must match the PlayStation account country or region; an Xbox or Microsoft card must fit the account jurisdiction and listed product currency.
When is a gaming gift-card code sent after crypto payment?
Giftlano emails gift-card codes within two minutes after payment confirmation under its store commitment. The delivery window starts after blockchain confirmation, not when the transfer is sent. It does not apply automatically to memberships, game keys, top-ups or other digital products.
Can I pay for gaming gift cards with Monero?
Yes. Choose XMR on the native Monero network at checkout. The server returns an exact XMR amount that remains valid for 60 minutes. Paying with XMR does not change the gift card’s market, face currency or platform rules. Read the Monero guide ↗

Country, currency and value
How do I choose the correct card country?
Match the card country to the recipient’s account, marketplace or service region. Store language and your physical location do not automatically determine the correct market.
Why are the face currency and display currency different?
The face currency is the value attached to the digital product. The display currency is a comparison estimate. Changing the display currency does not change the product’s country, face currency or denomination.
Can I change a denomination after adding it to the cart?
Return to the product page, choose the correct market and value, then update the cart. Review every line before requesting payment details.
Does every product work in every country?
No. Availability and redemption rules vary by brand and product. Use the country directory and read the product page before ordering.

What information does checkout ask for?
Checkout asks only for your first name, last name and email. You do not need to create an account or provide a delivery address.
Is there an identity verification (KYC) step at checkout?
No identity verification (KYC) step at checkout: no identity document or selfie is requested. Some brands and products still have their own account or use terms, so check the product conditions for the recipient.
When can I use the first-order code 5%2026?
Apply 5%2026 to an eligible first paid Giftlano order for the same normalized email and storefront through 31 December 2026 UTC. It reduces the item subtotal by 5% without changing product face value or quantity. A valid invoice created before the cutoff keeps its original 60-minute expiry.

Quotes, networks and fees
Which cryptocurrencies and networks are supported?
Bitcoin on Bitcoin, ETH on Ethereum, USDT on TRON TRC20 or Ethereum ERC20, USDC on Ethereum ERC20, SOL on Solana, TRX on TRON, LTC on Litecoin and XMR on Monero.
How long is the crypto amount valid?
A live invoice is valid for exactly one hour from the server’s creation time. The checkout countdown shows the remaining time.
Does the crypto rate change during that hour?
No. The rate, fiat total and exact crypto amount shown on that invoice remain locked until it expires. Changing the display-currency selector does not alter them.
Should I add the wallet network fee to the amount?
No. Send the exact crypto amount shown. Your wallet or exchange may charge its own fee separately; do not add that fee to the invoice amount.
Can I use another network for the same asset?
Only when that exact network is offered and selected before the invoice is created. Sending on a different network may prevent the payment from being matched.

How quickly will my order arrive?
For gift-card codes, Giftlano commits to email delivery within two minutes after payment confirmation. Network confirmation happens before that window. Mobile top-ups, game keys, memberships and other digital products can follow different processing; open a support ticket if the stated fulfillment remains pending.
How are gift cards and mobile top-ups delivered?
Gift-card codes are sent to the checkout email after payment confirmation. A mobile top-up may be applied directly to the selected service instead of being delivered as a code; follow the order details shown for that product.
Does “payment confirmed” mean the product was delivered?
No. Payment confirmation records receipt of funds. Delivery is a separate status, so keep the order details until the product arrives.
What should I keep after paying?
Keep the order reference, transaction identifier, asset, network, exact amount and the email used at checkout. Do not share a delivered code publicly.
Problems
Expired, incomplete or incorrect transfers
What happens when a quote expires?
The QR code and copy actions are disabled. Request a new amount and use only the new instruction.
What if I sent less than the exact amount?
The order may show an incomplete amount. Keep the transaction details, open a support ticket and do not send a second transfer until the ticket response tells you what to do.
What if I used the wrong network?
Keep the transaction identifier and network details, then open a support ticket. Do not repeat the payment. Recovery is not guaranteed and depends on the networks and receiving setup.
Can I cancel before sending crypto?
Yes. Leave checkout or return to the cart before transferring funds. No payment instruction is an obligation to transfer.
