These points explain product selection, displayed prices, crypto payment, fulfillment stages and how to request support.
Product selection
You are responsible for reviewing the product name, intended country, account region, face currency, denomination and quantity before payment. Brand-specific redemption restrictions can apply.
Displayed prices
Face values stay in the product’s original currency. Display-currency amounts shown before checkout are estimates. A live checkout invoice uses its own server-provided rate and locks the order total and exact crypto amount for one hour.
Crypto payment
Use only the asset, network, destination and exact amount shown on a live invoice. Wallet and exchange network fees are separate. Expired instructions must not be reused. Transfers made on the wrong network or for the wrong amount may not be matched automatically.
Confirmation and fulfillment
Payment receipt does not itself mean the digital product has been delivered. Network confirmation and fulfillment are separate stages. Keep the order reference and checkout email until fulfillment is complete.
Cancellations, refunds and support
You may stop before sending crypto. After a transfer, keep the order reference and transaction details, then use the support ticket form for a cancellation or refund request. Product type, payment state and fulfillment state can affect the available response.
Brand rights and acceptable use
Brand names and images belong to their respective owners. Do not misuse the catalogue, payment flow, delivered codes or another person’s contact information.
