From product choice to payment confirmation.
The order flow keeps market, value and network decisions separate so you can check each one before transferring crypto.

Choose the product market
Open a product and select the country where it will be redeemed. The language of the store does not set the card country. Check the recipient’s account region when the brand uses regional accounts.

Pick a face value
Choose one of the values offered for that market. The face currency stays attached to the cart line. A separate display currency can help you compare products without changing what the card is worth.

Review the cart
Confirm the product, country, face currency, value and quantity. Checkout will stop if a cart line does not have a confirmed market.

Enter three contact details
Provide your first name, last name and email. No account, identity document, selfie or delivery address is requested at checkout.

Choose crypto and network
Select one of the supported asset and network combinations. Asset names alone are not enough: USDT, for example, is available on TRON TRC20 and Ethereum ERC20.

Use the one-hour payment instruction
Checkout shows a current rate, a locked order total, an exact crypto amount, a destination address and an expiry. Send only while the instruction is live, using the exact amount and network shown. Your wallet’s network fee is separate.

Wait for confirmation and delivery
The page checks payment status, and a received payment may still need network confirmation. After confirmation, Giftlano emails gift-card codes within two minutes under its store commitment. Other product types, including mobile top-ups, game keys and memberships, follow their own stated fulfillment method and timing.
