Each stage has a different owner
The selected blockchain confirms the Giftlano invoice.
Giftlano emails the gift-card code within two minutes after confirmation under its store commitment.
The recipient applies the code to the correct account and receives funds, content or membership.
The two-minute commitment covers gift-card code delivery after confirmation. It does not promise blockchain confirmation within two minutes and does not automatically cover game keys, memberships, mobile top-ups or eSIM processing.
Use the status to contact the right system
| What you can see | What it establishes | Next check |
|---|---|---|
| Crypto sent, payment pending | A transfer was attempted; confirmation or matching may still be pending. | Use the live order state and transaction identifier. |
| Payment confirmed, no gift-card email | The payment stage is complete; code delivery is pending. | Check the checkout email and spam folder, then open a Giftlano ticket with the order reference. |
| Code delivered, not entered | The retailer has supplied the instrument. | Match the platform account, region and product type before redemption. |
| Code accepted | The platform should show the resulting funds, content or entitlement. | Review platform balance, library or subscription status. |
Keep separate evidence for each handoff
- Payment: order reference, asset, network, exact amount and transaction identifier.
- Delivery: checkout email, delivery message and exact product title.
- Redemption: platform account, market and exact private error text.
Never post the complete code publicly. If a platform says it was already redeemed, use the dedicated account-and-history guide rather than repeating submissions.
Gaming gift card delivery vs activation questions
Does payment confirmation mean the platform code is already redeemed?
No. Payment confirmation, retailer delivery and platform redemption are separate states.
When does Giftlano’s two-minute gift-card window begin?
After payment confirmation, under the store commitment; it does not begin when the transfer is first sent.
