Redeem the 12-digit voucher
- Sign in to the intended PlayStation account.Redeemed funds or content cannot later be transferred to another account.
- Open PlayStation Store from the profile.Select “Redeem Code” in the account menu.
- Enter the 12-digit code.Check every character, then continue through the confirmation shown by PlayStation.
- Confirm the result on that account.The result depends on the voucher: wallet funds, content or a subscription.

Voucher, subscription and discount code are different
Wallet top-up voucher
Adds funds to the applicable wallet. The region must match the account.
Content or subscription voucher
Applies the named content or subscription. Some subscription vouchers require a valid payment method.
10-digit discount code
A discount code is not the same as a 12-digit voucher and follows a different checkout use.
Use the account that should keep the result
A voucher can be used once, and PlayStation says redeemed funds or content cannot move between accounts. For a child account, wallet credit goes through the family manager because the child has no separate wallet.

How many characters are in a PlayStation Store voucher?
The voucher flow uses a 12-digit code. PlayStation identifies a 10-digit code as a discount code.
Can I redeem a voucher from another region?
No. The voucher region and PlayStation account region must match.
Can I move the redeemed value later?
No. PlayStation says redeemed funds or content cannot be transferred between accounts.
